Terms of Service

Focus helps you run timed focus sessions (a Pomodoro-style timer), keep a daily morning and evening journal, and optionally focus alongside other people. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You sign in using a third-party account (currently Google or LinkedIn). You're responsible for keeping that account secure — anyone with access to it can access Focus as you. You must be at least 16 years old to use Focus.

You agree not to:

• Use Focus for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm others
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our permission
• Misrepresent your identity in co-focus or community features

Your goals, journal entries, and anything else you write in Focus are yours. We don't claim ownership of it. We only use it to provide the app's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Focus is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aim for the app to be reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We're not liable for lost streaks, journal entries, or focus sessions due to downtime, bugs, or data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms as Focus evolves; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Focus, or request account deletion, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
